BUSA stands for British Universities Sports Association. Each year in the UK one University hosts the British Universities Championships known as BUSA for short. The competition comprises an individual event and a relay. The overall team competition is decided by the best 3 scores and one relay team for both Men and Women being added up.

BUSA Championships and Leagues are held in many sports through the year and scores are compiled across the board to find the University with the most sporting prowess. This is often Loughborugh University whereas the orienteering Championships are dominated by Sheffield and Edinburgh.
